SBM Offshore announces it has signed two Share Purchase Agreements with its partner MISC Berhad for:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. the total acquisition of MISC Berhad\u2019s entire effective equity interest in the lease and operating entities related to the FPSO\u00a0Espirito Santo\u00a0<\/em>in Brazil; and<\/li>\n
  2. the full divestment to MISC Berhad of SBM Offshore\u2019s effective equity interest in the lease and operating entities of the FPSO\u00a0Kikeh\u00a0<\/em>in Malaysia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This transaction furthers SBM Offshore\u2019s efforts to maintain focus and excellence in its operating portfolio. Agreements remain subject to several conditions precedent and approval by various competent authorities.<\/p>\n
